Return Policy Information

  • We accept returns for store credit only.  Due to fast turnover of merchandise, returns must be back at SSC within 14 days of the date received.
  • Customer pays return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition - unworn, unwashed, odor free, without makeup or deodorant stains - in order to receive store credit for the returned item(s). Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective shipping box or polymailer. 
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.

    Incorrect/Damaged Merchandise

    • If you believe you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective or that we shipped the incorrect product, we MUST be notified within 3 days of receiving the order or it cannot be returned. A photo of the incorrect/defective merchandise must be sent to this email address: southernsourceclothier@outlook.com

    Return Processing Time

    • All returns are typically processed within 48 hours of our facility receiving the return (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your order.
